Taking the Lead Podcast

I developed and launched "Taking the Lead," a podcast designed to deepen the public's understanding of accessibility, independence, and life with vision loss. As creator and producer, I oversee editorial strategy, guest interviews, narrative development, and promotion. The podcast uses human-centered storytelling to connect audiences with the lived experiences of clients, volunteers, and gives a behind-the-scenes look into Leader Dog, helping shift perceptions and strengthen community support for accessibility and inclusion. Within the first three months, Taking the Lead surpassed 20,000 downloads, significantly expanding reach and deepening donor and stakeholder engagement.
