At 19, I woke up and couldn't move my right arm. Within days, the pain had spread to every joint in my body. I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, and instead of dealing with it, I did what everyone told me to do.

​

Stay positive. Push through. Pretend everything was fine. It almost killed me.

​

That summer, I finally stopped. Sat with the truth. And started coming back to myself, one honest step at a time.

Now I help women do the same.

​

Because the performance is costing us more than we know, and we don't have to wait until it breaks us to stop.
